MUMBAI: A young lady running on contract with the Food Corporation of India (FCI) was once killed after a heavy automobile knocked her down within the premises of the company at Borivali East in Mumbai on Saturday. The driver was once arrested for rash driving and negligence.
The incident was once reported around 12.30pm on Saturday. The deceased, Pramila Shaikh, was once in her early twenties and was once married. She used to sort grains on the FCI in Borivali East.
A truck was once moving in pace during the FCI compound and didn't understand Shaikh. She was once knocked down and suffered severe injuries. She was once taken to a medical institution the place she succumbed to her injuries. After Shaikh's demise, her husband, Nasir, pressed fees against the truck driver at Kasturba Marg police station.
The 27-year-old truck driver was once arrested under sections 304 (A) and 279 of the IPC.
