BHUBANESWAR: More than 300 males, 12 cranes and 20 excavators have been used to construct six restricted peak subways (LHS) or underpasses in Bhawanipatna and Lanjigarh Road phase in Kalahandi district inside of 4 and a half hours on Thursday.
