BEIJING: Incessant rains in southwest China's Guangxi Zhuang self sustaining area have killed two persons and affected over 1.three lakh people, native authorities said on Monday.
According to the provincial division of civil affairs, 5 cities and 14 counties were flooded and over five,500 citizens were relocated.
About three,820 hectares of crops were destroyed and 177 houses damaged by way of the flooding brought about by way of the rains which have been lashing the area for per week.
The native meteorological division said heavy rains will continue in portions of the area till the following day.
