DMK flays EC for not announcing bypolls in Tamil Nadu

CHENNAI: DMK leader MK Stalin on Sunday flayed the Election Commission for now not saying byelections to 2 Tamil Nadu assembly constituencies citing monsoon as the explanation and mentioned it was once now not a 'justifiable' choice.
