NEW DELHI: India hopes to forge partnerships with non-public avid gamers to construct out its strategic petroleum reserves within the coming 12 months, the head of Indian Strategic Petroleum Reserves Ltd (ISPRL) mentioned on Monday.


The government approved two strategic petroleum reserve (SPR) sites with a complete capability of 6.5 million tonnes in June.


H Ahuja, the chief government of ISPRL, mentioned on Monday that ISPRL, a government-owned a distinct purpose car, deliberate to get bids from traders for the second phase of the garage plan in six to 9 months.


Ahuja was speaking on sidelines of the India Energy Forum through CERAWEEK.
