MANGALURU: The 2d JMFC court has directed Mangaluru east police to file a case towards seven persons, including a seer, after a small-screen actress filed a complaint accusing them of rape and dishonest.
Guru Nanjeshwara Shivacharya Swami, 34, from Hunasamanaranahalli, Bengaluru, is the first accused. The actress from Tirthahalli in Shivamogga alleged that Mallikarjuna, 65, Jagadeesh, 27, Basavaraj, 64, Narayana Swami, 56, Satyanarayana, 52 and Subramani, 52, from Bengaluru, confident her a job during the seer. They mentioned the seer was once the chairman of a mutt committee which ran a faculty and that he was once also bringing out a movie by which she would get a role.
The lady mentioned in 2017, the accused took her to Bengaluru, where she was once introduced to Nanjeshwara Swami. The seer allegedly took benefit of her after promising to marry her. He had allegedly promised to hand over the mutt's responsibility also to her.
