JALANDHAR: Almost every week after the cooperative sugar generators began functioning, Punjab Private Sugar Mills Association has mentioned its participants couldn’t get started crushing until the state government paid the difference quantity between truthful and remunerative value (FRP) and state assured value (SAP), which is Rs 35 per quintal this year.
