The Ambala City police have registered a case towards Philip Lal Masih, the owner of the unlawful mercy home close to village Kalarheri from where the district child welfare committee (CWC) and the district management had rescued 25 children on November 21.

The case was once filed on the grievance of CWC member Gurdev Singh.

On December five, the CWC workforce had rescued another 17-year-old lady who was once nonetheless stored throughout the premises of the mercy home regardless of dealing with closure from the district management.
