Bhoir’s loss is compounded via the truth that he didn't have insurance for the bike.
The police mentioned the accused was tracked at the foundation of knowledge as well as CCTV footage. The accused is alleged to be a detailed aide of a goon in the town and has been earlier arrested for rioting, mentioned the officer.
The police, on this case, have booked the accused for try to devote culpable murder, mischief via fire or explosive substance with intent to damage space, mischief inflicting damage.
On December 6, round 9 two-wheelers had been burnt down and two arrested. Personal feud had precipitated the crime. The police mentioned a local had registered two non-cognizable proceedings against one of the crucial accused and he sought after to show him a lesson.
On December 14, three bikes had been set on fire in Patlipada and history-sheeter Chetan Thakur was arrested. He was drunk and had even smashed the window panes of 3 cars.
Alleging inept patrolling, locals slammed the Thane police for his or her informal perspective toward the regulation and order scenario in the town. The police, on the other hand, blamed it on illegal parking on roads.
A police officer added, “Such incidents occur most commonly because of previous instances of contention. The purpose will not be to harm the rival at once, but cause financial loss and inflict agony.”
