MADURAI: Virudhunagar collector A Sivagnanam visited the pregnant lady, who was once inflamed with HIV after blood transfusion, on the Government Rajaji Hospital on Saturday and passed over a housing patta as a part of welfare measures confident to her by way of the federal government.
The eight-month pregnant lady was once inflamed when she was once admitted on the Sattur Government Hospital in Virudhunagar district on December 3. As the girl and her husband refused to go through further remedy in Virudhunagar, she was once moved to Government Rajaji Hospital in Madurai.
On Saturday, Virudhunagar collector visited the girl on the health facility and enquired about her well being and assured her of offering the most productive remedy. The collector passed over a patta for three cents of land close to Sattur and a cheque for Rs 2 lakh to her.
