GURUGRAM: Come December 15, motorists should pay to power at the Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) Expressway. The newly inaugurated expressway can have a closed tolling system — that means commuters should pay only for the distance they are going to commute alongside the thoroughfare crossing Gurugram.
