PATIALA: Hours after ADGP Jails Rohit Chaudhary visited the Nabha Maximum Security Jail on Wednesday afternoon handy over the promotion letters to the prison staffers and revive prison safety, a 50-year-old inmate present process 10-year imprisonment in a Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS) case gave prison safety the slip.
