Nagpur: With an aim to promote wine consuming culture within the city, ‘Nagpur Agro Development Association’ can be organizing sixth edition of its annual ‘Nagpur Wine and Food Festival’ at Chitnavis Centre on December 1 and 2.
Interacting with media on Thursday, leader coordinator Sharad Phadnis said this time 5 wineries — Sula from Nashik which controls over 70% of the trade in India, along with Gover Zampa, Rhythm Winery, Good Drop Wine Cellars and Fruzzante Wines — can be collaborating within the event. Additionally, there can be seven meals stalls providing delicious and exotic delicacies, most commonly as highest meals pairing with various wines.
“The festival would start from 1pm on both days — Saturday and Sunday — and proceed until 10.30pm. Visitors can be entertained through reside band from 7Ppm-10pm on both the times. A visitor can be provided with an entrance kit for Rs400 donation coupon, consisting of wine tasting coupons, tasting glass, brochures related to wine schooling and different information about our membership,” said Phadnis, who was accompanied through different coordinators Deepak Khanuja and Sudhir Kunte.
