THANE: Three ladies who had gone lacking from Navi Mumbai had been traced and reunited with their households through police's anti-human trafficking cell (AHTC) beneath 'Operation Muskan', police stated on Thursday.
A six-year-old woman used to be reported lacking through her father on October 15, 2016.
During the investigation, police were given to know the person and his wife had separated.
They discovered that the lady had taken the kid together with her to every other place in Navi Mumbai without informing her husband or police about it, a release issued through the Navi Mumbai police stated.
The girl used to be traced to Karave village in Nerul township on December four this 12 months and the kid used to be discovered together with her. The minor's father used to be knowledgeable about her well-being, police stated.
In every other case, a 16-year-old woman used to be allegedly abducted through a person from Nerul on October 12 this 12 months.
During the probe, the AHTC traced the woman to Gulbarga in Karnataka and he or she used to be reunited together with her oldsters on Monday, the police stated.
Besides, a 15-year-old woman used to be allegedly kidnapped from Rabale house on October 22.
The police were given a tip-off that the kidnapper had taken the minor to Solapur at the promise of marrying her.
In the intervening time, the accused were given a whiff of police closing-in on him. While he used to be returning to Navi Mumbai with the woman on November 30, he used to be stuck, the police stated.
The woman used to be rescued and reunited together with her oldsters, they added.
