NOIDA: At least 40,000 flats in Noida and Greater Noida are set to be delivered in 2019, officials at the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP-Rera) have said.
They have arrived at the determine after sporting out a sequence of inspections of housing tasks final month.

“These are tasks by way of builders who're registered with the Uttar Pradesh Rera. We have started maintaining an in depth watch at the development in their building, so that the builders meet the newest closing dates,” Rera member Balwinder Kumar said.
While Logix workforce has overshot supply timelines of 8,258 flats at Blossom Zest, Blossom County, Blossom Greens; Today Homes has 1,749 flats due at its Ridge Residency challenge.
Rudra Buildwell has overshot timelines of 2,870 flats at Aquacasa and Palace Heights whilst Mascot Homes has to deliver 700 flats at Mascot Monorath and Neotown. Omaxe has 2,980 flats due at NRI City and Heritage Grand.
UP-Rera had started taking over instances related to supply of flats from September four, 2018. The regulatory authority has registered nine,601 instances to this point, of which it disposed of 2,512 instances till December final year. The regulatory frame has to this point accrued nearly Rs 50 crore from editing of maps and registration of agents, tasks and complaints.
