GREATER NOIDA: A bunch of ladies on Monday laid the basis of a six-kilometre-long highway connecting local villages to Jewar tehsil. The mission, evolved by way of MLA Thakur Dhirendra Singh, is anticipated to price Rs 5 crore.
Local other people said there was no concrete highway to connect Banjarpur village with Jewar tehsil. Villagers, especially the elderly, kids and pregnant girls, face a large number of issue in travelling. Sonam Bhati, one of the crucial women who inaugurated the programme, said she rides her cycle for 12km day by day to wait her MA categories. “It is very tricky to experience on unpaved highway. It additionally becomes slippery all over wet season. Now, the government has planned to connect the village to Jewar the town. The local MLA invited us to inaugurate the mission paintings and we are thrilled,” she said.
With this highway, other people of alternative villages such as Falaunda, Jalra, Madaiya, Junaidpur, may even receive advantages.
Premraj Bhati from Banjarpur said villagers are happy with the decision to put the street. “It has been our long standing demand to connect the village with Jewar the town. This will play a key function in the construction paintings for villages,” he said. The MLA said the government plans to connect the entire villages with Jewar tehsil. “This is essential because of construction of Jewar airport.
