PANAJI: Trees and plants on a steep slope at the Kadamba plateau, categorized as a no construction zone, had been set on hearth by unknown persons on Monday morning. Chimbel villagers, alarmed by the raging hearth, knowledgeable the fire products and services, Old Goa police and govt officers.
