SURAT: A love story of a 22-year-old man and a 13-year-old girl took a dramatic turn when the teenager decided to hotel a rape criticism against him regardless of he having dedicated suicide 3 months in the past and also his seven members of the family here on Saturday. The relationship used to be no longer acceptable to the lady’s circle of relatives since she used to be minor, regardless that both the fans belonged to the same caste.
Ajay Buha and his seven members of the family, together with folks, aunt, brothers and their better halves, were booked at Sarthana police station on the foundation of criticism of the lady. The complainant has alleged that she used to be raped through the accused at other locations in the city six months in the past. The girl has alleged in her criticism that she used to be first raped through Ajay through threatening to kill her brother and that the other accused had helped him through providing him a place to sexually attack her. The accused were booked for rape and sexual attack underneath Indian Penal Code and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
Police investigation revealed that Ajay dedicated suicide at Visavadar in Junagadh district after being thrashed through the lady’s father and brother when they came to find out about their relationship.
Ajay’s circle of relatives lodged a criticism of abetment to suicide at Visavadar police station against the lady’s circle of relatives. They alleged he dedicated suicide as a result of he used to be thrashed through the lady’s members of the family.
“It turns out that the lady has lodged the criticism underneath circle of relatives power. Since the lady’s members of the family were booked for abetment to suicide, they too have lodged a counter criticism,” stated a police officer in Sarthana police station.
