MUMBAI: Chaos prevailed on the Mantralaya premises on Monday after a person climbed at the safety web installed inside the development.

The man, who known himself at Laxman Chavan from Pune, shouted slogans to press for his calls for.

Laxman Chavan was handed over to the Marine Drive police.

Chavan was coaxed by the police and Mantralaya officials and he climbed down after fireplace brigade body of workers helped him with a rope.

Chavan mentioned that he runs an organisation known as Bharat Praja Satta.


He mentioned that Maharashtra should have a lady chief minister. He also demanded excellent roads within the state and a role for himself.


"He wanted any minister in Mantralaya to give him a letter in writing that his demands will be met," mentioned a police legitimate.
