BHUBANESWAR: The drowning of 9 persons in a boat capsize in Kendrapada district on Wednesday came about barely months after six persons died in a similar mishap in Chilika lake in June. More than 50 people had been killed in 5 main boat capsizing incidents in the state up to now 5 years.
