KOTA: A 30-year-old guy was on Friday despatched to judicial custody after he was arrested on Thursday night time for allegedly murdering his spouse at his house in Rainbasera village beneath Jhalawar town police station house.
“A 25 to 27-year-old lady, known as Sanju Bheel spouse of Devilal Bheel succumbed to injuries during treatment at a medical institution in Kota past due on Wednesday night time,” SHO at Jhalawar town police station Harshraj Singh said. The deceased lady was admitted to Jhalawar district govt medical institution on Wednesday midday after she sustained deadly head injuries when her husband attacked her with an awl, he said adding when her condition worsened later in the evening she was referred to MBS medical institution in Kota.
A home dispute between the husband and spouse have been underway for months and the deceased lady had returned to her father’s house about two months ago. “The lady together with her father had come to her husband’s house in Rainbasera village on Wednesday midday however as the spouse entered the house, Devilal, who was still fiercely offended and ready for an assault holding an exe in his fingers, lashed the pointy fringe of the awl over her head,” the SHO said.
Police booked the husband Devilal beneath segment 302 of IPC and he was arrested on Thursday night time. The accused was produced sooner than the court docket on Friday that ordered to send him to jail beneath judicial custody.
The deceased lady is survived by way of two kids. The frame was handed over to the members of the family on Thursday after autopsy.
