JALANDHAR: A 28-year-old guy in Gazipur village committed suicide while blaming his wife, only a month after their marriage. The couple had returned from honeymoon go back and forth to Malaysia six days ago.
Harkamaljeet Singh, who owned a paint shop within the village, got married to Jalandhar resident Neeru Bhanwra on January 20. He hanged himself at his house on Friday evening and later police recovered a suicide be aware from his pocket. In the suicide be aware, he wrote that his wife confused and tortured him mentally so badly that he was once taking the intense step.
“She has been threatening me that she would set my father on fireplace and will damage my whole family. She would now not take part in household work and if requested she would hit again. She has been talking to her previous boyfriends including one Dilbag, who is now residing in Canada, and Gopi Bajwa,” the letter learn.
Incidentally, Bajwa is the main accused within the homicide case. He allegedly killed a businessman on February 5 on Nehru Garden Road and was once arrested. He has different prison instances in opposition to him.
“She has been telling me that she would damage my family due to which I am taking this step. Last week when we went to Malaysia she saved on torturing me there also and she or he often threatened to divorce me and to lodge a complaint with the police,” the person has added within the suicide be aware.
Police have booked neeru Bhanwra beneath segment 306 of IPC.
