CM releases audio clips of 'BSY luring JD(S) MLA'

BENGALURU: Hours ahead of presenting the state funds, leader minister HD Kumaraswamy on Friday released a series of audio clips purportedly of BJP president B S Yeddyurappa seeking to entice a JD(S) MLA via providing him cash and positions within the government if he defected.

The clip, allegedly of Yeddyurappa asking JD(S) MLA Naganagouda son Sharangouda to defect, used to be released via Kumaraswamy to establish that the BJP used to be indulged in horse-trading.

BJP Karnataka leader BS Yeddyurappa rubbished as "fake" and "a concocted story" audio clips released via state leader minister H D Kumaraswamy about his alleged bid to entice an MLA to topple the Congress-JD(S) government. Kumaraswamy had "concocted" the tale to hide his failures and incapability to stay the JD(S) and Congress flock in combination, Yeddyurappa advised newshounds.


One of the clips purportedly used to be the report of a conversation between Yeddyurappa and Nagangouda's son. In the clip, a male voice used to be heard providing crores of cash and a ministerial berth to the leader to steer clear of ongoing funds consultation.


Additionally, the individual assures the man that he would maintain the speaker and judges in case the birthday celebration strikes a petition in quest of the MLAs disqualification.


Kumaraswamy stated the Congress and JD(S) MPs will raise the issue within the parliament on Friday and seek a proof from PM Narendra Modi. "This cannot happen without the consent of national BJP leaders," he added


The leader minister will provide the funds at 12.30 pm on Friday.
