COIMBATORE: The introduction of bills within the state assembly to improve Hosur municipality has evoked mixed responses from the general public. While some consider it a chance to recuperate facilities, others see it as a bait to win votes.

Pointing out that Hosur has simplest 30% of fundamental qualities required for a special grade municipality, its ex-chairman N S Madeshwaran questioned at the executive’s transfer to improve it into a corporation. “If it happens, folks must shell out extra on taxes, which is able to pass up additional.
