LCB busts robbers’ gang, arrests two

VADODARA: Sleuths of the native crime department (LCB), Rural, busted a gang of robbers that was active in various districts of the state over the past couple of months. Cops also arrested two of its contributors from Sikadarpura bus stand close to Ajwa on Thursday. Cops at the moment are questioning the duo at the whereabouts of the opposite contributors after they published that the crowd, comprising12 to 15 contributors, cross their separate ways after committing a crime.

Based on a knowledge that accused Khamu Ninama and Mukesh Ninama, each hailing from Madhya Pradesh, have been running at a construction web page close to Ajwa Crossroads, law enforcement officials accosted them. “When they couldn’t give sufficient replies about their work, we took them with us for further questioning to the police station,” sources stated.


During interrogation, the duo admitted of getting committed 4 robberies previously one month — first in Surat and then in Ishwarpura village behind Parul Institute in Vadodara around 15 days in the past. “They again robbed some sufferers in Palsana house of Surat 10 days in the past, besdies another in Mahisagar district two days in the past,” the police stated. The two accused have now been handed over to Waghodia police who will investigate further and hunt for the absconding gang contributors.
