Man booked for abetting suicide of married woman

Surat: A 30-year-old man from Bhathena house of town used to be booked at Pandesara police station on Wednesday for abetting the suicide of a 30-year-old married girl. The accused evolved bodily relationship with the lady promising marriage however later refused. The girl ended life on February 2 by striking self at home and has described her trauma in a suicide word.

Police booked Vimal alias Vicky Rana for allegedly abetting the suicide of Minal Prasad. The offence used to be registered by police after investigation and in accordance with main points equipped by her family members. The criticism used to be lodged by her husband Vinod, an worker in an industry at Sachin.


Rana promised marriage to the lady to develop bodily relationship 4 months in the past. He used to meet her when her husband went out for process.


Vinod lately came to learn about his wife’s friendship and when the lady asked Rana to marry her, he refused. Uncertainty about her future compelled the lady to take the intense step. She has described within the suicide word how Rana promised to marry her after which refused after satisfying his urge.


“Police are in search of the accused. He will likely be arrested quickly. The girl used to be in an extramarital affair and used to be cheated by her boyfriend,” said a police officer of Pandesara police station.
