The opposition chief said it used to be undemocratic at the part of the federal government and college to begin disciplinary action towards teachers’ who refused to partake within the Salary challenge. ``The High Court and Supreme Court have unequivocally clarified that salary challenge cannot be thrust upon other people. The move to do so towards the union leaders cannot be justified on any flooring'', he said.

Prima facie, it seems that, the overall secretary on behalf of KUTO has made an attempt to subvert the method of rebuilding of new Kerala state and also to embattle a fragment of workers towards the vice chancellor as well as the syndicate. By discussing the policy/action of the federal government in writing, the overall secretary has wilfully violated segment 60 (a) of the habits rules. Para 3 and 12 of the letter sounds disloyalty in opposition to government and therefore in violation of rule 72 of the habits rules. Also, the overall secretary, KUTO in para 12 of the letter has described the democratically elected Kerala government and undemocratic'', the show reason realize served via the college vice-chancellor to the KUTO common secretary said.
