The 2d Raahgiri day in Noida saw citizens in large numbers turning up at the Sector 18 junction to reclaim the streets. This time the event saw wrestling matches, pottery making, Bharatnatyam and function by CISF and CRPF bands except the standard Zumba, sports activities and health actions consistent with officers of Noida Authority who organised the event, the theme for this Raahgiri day was 'Clean and Green Noida'.
"We have now decided that the Raahgiri day will have a new theme everytime it is organised. For today, we focused on spreading the message of 'Clean and Green Noida' by doing plantations and encouraging others to do the same," mentioned Rajiv Tyagi, General Manager, Noida Authority.
