Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik throws open irrigation project in Koraput district

KORAPUT: Exactly 15 years after its foundation stone was once laid, chief minister Naveen Patnaik inaugurated the much-awaited Telangiri Irrigation Project (TIP) during his talk over with to Jeypore on Tuesday.
