Student shot eight times near Varanasi hostel

VARANASI: A 25-year-old BCom pupil named Vivek Singh was once shot dead outdoor his hostel in UP College of Varanasi under Shivpur police station on Sunday night time.

As tension prevailed in the faculty after the murder, a heavy posse of police and PAC workforce was once deployed in and across the campus on Monday. SSP Anand Kulkarni mentioned nine teams of police were set up to work out the case on the earliest.
