Three held for firing at HYV leader’s house in Chowk

VARANASI: Three miscreants on a scooty opened fireplace concentrated on the house of divisional president of Hindu Yuva Vahini Ambrish Singh Bhola in Chowk area on Thursday night time.

On the root of CCTV photos, the police identified the accused and arrested them on Friday. The arrested persons have been booked below phase 307 of IPC. Further investigation is underway.


According to stories, panic prevailed in Bari Piyari in Chowk police station area when local residents saw the miscreants firing at Bhola’s area at around 11pm. The miscreants later fled the scene. The matter was reported to the police. Bhola is assumed to be on the subject of leader minister Yogi Adityanath.


The police swung into action and introduced a manhunt to nab the miscreants. The incident was recorded in a CCTV digicam installed in the locality. The police identified the accused at the foundation of CCTV photos and arrested them.


Chowk station officer Amit Kumar Mishra said that the arrested persons have been identified as Vishal Verma, Anil Kumar Jaiswal and Raj Kumar. The police additionally recovered a pistol and 25 reside cartridges from them. Further investigation are on to find out the rationale in the back of the incident.
