Two from Mumbai cheat city car dealer of Rs 3 crore

Rajkot: A city-based car dealer was duped of Rs 3 crore through Mumbai-based car sellers.

According to the grievance lodged through Manish Pandya (38), who lives in Parnakutir Society, Siddharth Mandaviya and his aide Vishal Tannafrom Mumbai dedicated the fraud towards him.


Pandya alleged that the duo confirmed him five second-hand luxury automobiles to him. They stated the automobiles had loan pending towards them and after they obtained no-objection certificates (NOCs) from the bank, they're going to be capable of give bodily ownership of the cars to him. The accused fabricated false NOCs and took Rs 3 crore from him. When Pandya discovered the fraud, he asked them to go back his money.


“The accused then allegedly threatened him with dire consequences, flaunting their hyperlinks with the Mumbai underworld and even threatened to kill Pandya if he persisted with the problem. Tired of this, Pandya in the end lodged the grievance,” stated an legitimate from Pradyumannagar police station.
