NOIDA: Two girls, hired for paintings at a area in Sector 55, stole Rs 15 lakh cash and fled on Monday.
The incident came about on the area of Sagar Bhandari, a furnishings showroom owner, when at least four from his family were present in the house.
According to police, the ladies first entered the house and told Sagar’s mother that they were despatched by way of the protection guard regarding the requirement of maids.
Sagar told IdealNews that the ladies entered the world and went on asking for paintings in several properties as the guard used to be lacking from his same old spot.
The police mentioned that the 2 girls went into the house round nine:40am on Monday. Since the family’s maid had no longer been turning up for paintings for the past two days, Sagar’s mother agreed to stay the ladies as helps in the house. “They didn't search any id card nor did they get any verification finished,” a police officer mentioned.
After pretending to have started working in the house, the ladies allegedly opened an almirah to steal a temporary case containing the cash, police mentioned. Sagar claimed that they went out pronouncing that they'd go back soon.
