Palanpur: A quick-track court in Himmatnagar on Thursday sentenced a local of Bihar to 20 years rigorous imprisonment for raping a 14-month-old lady in Dhundhar village, the crime which had sparked a wave of assaults on Hindi-speaking migrants across Gujarat remaining yr.
