AHMEDABAD: A 19-year-old lady was once knifed by way of her neighbour in Naranpura on Thursday night time.
The complainant, Sakshi Shah — a resident of Haripark Society and an MBA student at Ahmedabad University — alleged that Maharshi Desai flashed a knife at her after which grabbed her when she was once close to her area.
“Desai then began struggling with the woman and when her father ran out to rescue her, Desai slashed her on her chest,” the FIR says. “Desai then found a stone and attempted to attack her father. Desai’s father pulled him back into the home.”
Hearing the uproar, other folks called the police keep an eye on room.
The lady said that Desai had thrown a cycle at her two years ago. Naranpura police have registered a case of attack against Desai.
