PANAJI: Seven days of state mourning, from March 18 to 24, has been announced as a mark of appreciate to Goa leader minister Manohar Parrikar, who passed on to the great beyond on Sunday. During the length of state mourning, the National Flag will fly at half mast on all the constructions throughout Goa the place it's often flown.
