Andhra: YSRCP announces 9 candidates for LS polls

VIJAYAWADA: The YSRCP on Saturday evening released its first listing of nine candidates for the Lok Sabha polls. The birthday celebration will unlock the full listing of candidates for the Lok Sabha and state meeting polls at Pulivendula town in Kadapa district on Sunday. The listing was once scheduled for unlock on the auspicious time of 10.26 am on Saturday however was once cast off because of the murder of birthday celebration senior leader YS Vivekananda Reddy.

Though the birthday celebration decided to unlock the listing on Sunday, it went ahead with the primary listing of nine names on the advice of non secular leader Swami Swaroopananda Saraswathi of Sarada Peetham.

The listing of candidates for Lok Sabha released through YSRCP till now is: YS Avinash Reddy from Kadapa, Gotteti Madhavi from Araku, N Suresh from Bapatla, Talari Rangaiah from Anantapur, P Mithun Reddy from Rajampet, Chinta Anuradha from Amalapuram, Gorantla Madhav from Hindupur, S Sanjiv Kumar from Kurnool and N Redeppa from Chittoor.

Party leader Jaganmohan Reddy will offer prayers to his late father Y S Rajasekhar Reddy in Idupulapaya on Sunday morning and unlock all the listing afterwards. Later, he's going to go away for Nellimarla in Visakhapatnam to release the birthday celebration campaign.
