RMC intensifies pressure against banned plastic: The cast control division officers of Rajkot Municipal Corporation (RMC) on Saturday seized 1.5 lakh banned plastic tea cups within the central zone and imposed positive of Rs 20,000 at the offenders. Similarly, within the two different zones, the RMC impounded 230kg banned plastic polythene and plastic tea cups, worth Rs 1.76 lakh from 150 traders and slapped them with Rs 95,000 positive. tnn
