Nagpur: Graduation and put up graduation scholars of Government Veterinary College staged a unique ‘shoe polish’ protest on Saturday towards the state executive’s resolution to promote more than 120 degree holder farm animals supervisors as Livestock Development Officers (LDOS), which is a Grade I put up.
