PUNE: An engineering student was arrested on Saturday, an afternoon after he allegedly flashed at ladies exercising on the jogging monitor connecting Prabhat Road and BMCC Road.
One of the women (29), a resident of Prabhat Road, lodged a criticism with the Deccan Gymkhana police after the incident, going on between 7.30am and seven.45am on Friday. According to the criticism, a scooter rider came close to the jogging monitor, on the subject of the Old Canal Road (the junction of Canal Road and Prabhat Road) and stopped.
He pulled down his trousers after recognizing the complainant. He did the similar after recognizing every other crew of women. On each the occasions, he flashed at the ladies strolling or jogging on the monitor. He also walked a few steps on the monitor together with his pants down, police stated.
