PATNA: Discussions on the sharing of seats among Mahagathbandhan constituents seemed to have run into rough weather on Sunday after RJD refused to offer greater than eight seats to Congress in Bihar. Sources stated RJD conveyed its message to Congress, which desires at least 11 seats, thru an emissary despatched by way of party leader Lalu Prasad on Saturday.
