SURAT: State’s forest and atmosphere minister Ganpat Vasava joined union minister Gen(Retd) VK Singh in suggesting that Opposition leaders searching for evidence terrorists killed in IAF moves must be tied with a airplane to turn the operations.
Addressing a public assembly in Mangrol the town of Surat district on Thursday, Vasava stated, “It looks, the following time we do one thing with Pakistan, Congress chief must be tied to a fighter jet along with digicam.”
Vasava hit out at those searching for evidence of IAF moves on Balakot terror camps. He went on to say, “If he (Congress chief) comes again alive, we will have the recordings as evidence. And, if he doesn’t, all might be over for him.”
When contacted, Vasava informed TOI, “When they aren't ready to imagine even our military, what are we able to say for them? Our central minister (VK Singh) had stated this and I quoted the same to my people as I found it appropriate.”
Vasava’s statements come in the wake of escalation of political slugfest over the IAF operation in Pakistan territory as well as the choice of casualties.
The Opposition has been asking the government to show the legitimate figure of dying in the strike performed by means of the air power days after the February 14 Pulwama attack in which 40 CRPF staff had been killed.
