HUBBALLI: The Hubballi-Dharwad Municipal Corporation has implemented a comprehensive forged waste control device at a value of Rs 60 crore to make them garbage-free cities and this contains 176 tippers to collect rubbish from door to door in all 67 wards. Despite this, dumping of rubbish continues on many roads.
Now, HDMC has began installing CCTV cameras in areas where rubbish is dumped regularly and a public cope with device too.
