LUDHIANA: Khanna police arrested a Nigerian citizen once they recovered 300 gram of heroin from his possession. The accused used to be identified as Emeka Ezurf Polillouce, 38, of Logas in Nigeria, at this time at Chatarpura Devri Road in Delhi, who labored at a resort.
