AHMEDABAD: The record from the Gujarat Forensic Science Laboratory has mentioned that no lines of poison had been found in viscera samples of the tiger that died after 20 days of its sighting in Lunawada house of the state.
The tiger used to be first spotted on February 6 in Lunawada and used to be later discovered dead on February 20.
The viscera samples weres despatched to Forensic Science Laboratory along side specialized laboratories in Hyderabad and Veterinary Laboratory in Anand.
The tiger from Madhya Pradesh that trekked 300 km over two years from Ratapani to succeed in Lunawada in Gujarat had died of hunger and that too because of loss of prey base in the house. The senior officers further said that the record of the FSL Gandhinagar has mentioned that there were no lines of poison.
