GURUGRAM: A 31-year-old man was arrested for allegedly preserving his spouse captive and permitting his relative and a neighbour to rape her for money to buy alcohol.
The lady, a mother of three, told the police that her husband was an alcoholic. She was allegedly raped within the first week of March. Police said the accused locked his spouse in a room ahead of permitting two others to rape her. “The neighbour came back the next day too. That’s once I faced my husband, who thrashed me and threatened to kill me. I right away left the home along side my youngsters,” the girl alleged in her grievance.
The lady’s mother were given to find out about her ordeal on March 17. An FIR was registered towards the three beneath sections 376D (gangrape), 120B (prison conspiracy), 34 (not unusual goal) of the IPC at Bichor police station.
Her husband was arrested on Sunday, whilst two others are at massive. “This could be very shocking. A person were given his spouse raped for money. He was despatched to judicial custody,” said Devi Charan, SHO, Bichor police station.
