MUMBAI: The defence recommend in the Sheena Bora murder case on Thursday claimed that the then police commissioner - Rakesh Maria - had interfered in the probe and that there was a felony conspiracy in opposition to his client, Indrani Mukerjea.
Advocate Sudeep Pasbola additionally sought that a reproduction of the 2015 proposal to transfer the case from Mumbai police to the CBI be taken on report.
