PATIALA: The Congress and the Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) are but to announce candidates from Patiala parliamentary seat, but former Union minister Preneet Kaur and previous SAD minister Surjit Singh Rakhra have started touring the constituency, indicating that their names were cleared via their respective parties.
