LUDHIANA: Mahesh Sharma, the district president of Bhartiya Janta Yuva Morcha (BJYM) has lodged a grievance against Ludhiana Municipal Corporation officers with the chief election officer of the district.
In his grievance, Sharma alleged that officers working with the civic body for the previous a few years, can lend a hand the ruling party in managing the election results.
