MOHALI: A resident of Bhagindi village in Mullanpur in Mohali district had killed the sambar and skinned him at his farmhouse for meat functions, in keeping with the natural world department officers who've summoned him to record his commentary.
Chief natural world warden Kuldeep Kumar on Saturday said groups raided the farmhouse of Soma Singh and learnt that he at the side of 3 others is chargeable for the killing of the sambar.
